Steve Wilder is a nationally recognized senior care safety, security, and risk management consultant with more than 40 years of experience. He has conducted security vulnerability assessments and mock OSHA audits in hundreds of senior care facilities nationwide and has trained thousands of senior care workers in workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness, aggression management, and workplace violence prevention. He has served as a trial expert for law firms and insurers and co-authored The Essentials of Aggression Management in Healthcare. In 2019, he received the Illinois Security Professionals Association Emergency Preparedness Leadership Award for crisis leadership in senior care.
