Extensive financial Medicare benchmarking data will be shared based on CMS Medicare claims data and cost report data including CMI, revenue and expense data. Additionally, we will provide benchmark data for Michigan and surrounding states for a variety of Medicare programs including CMS Five Star, Payroll Based Journal, Value Based Purchasing, and SNF Quality Reporting Program. We will also be discussing trends with CMS claims audit/findings.

Nurse Learner Outcome: At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to state the trends in MCR payments across the county and in Michigan. Participants will also be able to identify the most common negative findings in Medicare audits.
