Over the last 30 years, Lisa Ashley has held leadership roles in hospice/palliative care, state healthcare associations, and has spent the last 10 years with the Emmet County Medical Care Facility, working to change the culture of nursing home care for seniors and staff. Lisa's collaborative relationship building provided the foundation for a partnership with North Central Michigan College in Petoskey, MI to offer Fast Track learning programs for nurse aide candidates. This partnership lent itself to expansion and including the new Medication Aide training program.
