Since 2022, HCAM has been working closely with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) on developing and transitioning to a new Michigan Medicaid reimbursement system. In this webinar, we will give an overview of HCAM’s proposed model for the new reimbursement system, reviewing its components, examining the differences between it and the current system, and addressing potential Michigan budget impacts. We will also give an overview on the state of Michigan’s proposed model and its components. Additional reimbursement topics, such as the Michigan 2025 state budget may also be addressed.
