This session will provide attendees with an overview of the OBBB and the potential implications it may have on providers, as it relates to Medicaid reimbursement, eligibility, and the FMAP used in the provider tax program. Attendees will also receive an overview of the proposed non-available bed plan that will be in effect for the 10/1/2025-9/30/2026 period, a general update on Michigan Medicaid reimbursement, and an overview of the CMS Final Rule applicable to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) for FFY 2026.

Nurse Learner Outcome: At the conclusion of the session, participants will hopefully have a better understanding of the potential implications of the OBBB, and will be provided with updates on Michigan Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement.
