This session describes a QAPI process to implement medication aides in your long-term care facility. Learn from a panel of your peers who are utilizing medication aides from how they created the change process from how they determined the gap in services through their Plan-Do-Study- Act cycles to where they are today. This is an interactive session with participants asking questions directly to the panel.
