Michael Goldsmith is a clinical social worker by trade and is currently the Director of Behavioral Health Services-Great Lakes Region with Behavioral Care Solutions and the Clinical Director for the Michigan Veterans Home Mental Health Program. Michael is also recognized as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Individuals by the Trauma Institute International and Certified Complex Trauma Professional by the International Association of Trauma Professionals. Michael began his human services career over 22 years ago and maintains a passion for helping others. Michael later obtained his Master's Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and has since worked in various leadership roles in the mental health field.
