Michael Lebenbom is a partner at Lebenbom & Rothman, P.C. and has represented the long-term care industry for 30 years throughout the State of Michigan. Mr. Lebenbom has drafted numerous state statutes, including being a primary drafter of the amendments to the Michigan Do-Not-Resuscitate Procedures Act and live testimony to Michigan Senate on that statute. Mr. Lebenbom represents the industry in a wide variety of matters, including: Guardianships; Conservatorships; Decedent’s Estates; Trust matters; State and Federal nursing facility investigations; long-term care regulatory compliance; and a host of other issues that arise in the long-term care setting.
