Carol joined AHCA in August of 2024 as the Director of Provider Owned Networks. She is responsible for leading a team which assists providers in developing and operating provider-owned networks in four states (MA, MI, MN, and NC). Prior to joining AHCA, Carol worked in post-acute care for 25+ years in operations (nursing home administrator and rehabilitation) and managed care contracting. Carol received her BS in Occupational Therapy from Dominican College, Masters in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University, and Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law with a concentration in regulatory analysis and compliance from Widener University-Delaware Law School. Carol resides in the Rehoboth Beach, Delaware area.
