Most currently I have provided managerial and clinical services as the OBRA Coordinator with Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority. Focus has been on transitioning to electronic systems for community referrals requesting evaluations and services for the mentally ill and developmentally disabled populations in home, community and facility settings. I have provided the front-line contact for training and problem-solving related to obtaining OBRA referrals, evaluations and services for the Northern Lakes service region. I have recently accepted the new position with the MDHHS Specialized Nursing Home OBRA Section to expand outreach throughout the state of identifying and obtaining services for consumers in need of nursing facility, mental illness and developmental disability services.
