Kathy is a Licensed Masters Social Worker with a passion for serving individuals with disabilities. Over the course of her career, she has provided services along the care continuum from working as a Direct Care Worker to overseeing the OBRA/PASRR program for the State of Michigan, and just about everything in between. Her experience in Case Management and Discharge planning prepared her to take on the role of PASRR Determination and Federal Compliance Coordinator with the Michigan Dept of Health and Human Services in January 2018, later being promoted to her current position as manager.
