Participants will examine how leadership decisions, resident safety, staffing stability, facility restoration, communication, and continuity of essential services all determine how quickly and safely a community can return to normal operations. Through practical examples and real-world considerations, this session will help long-term care leaders better prepare for the challenges that follow the initial response.
