Tom Daniels is a lifelong student of leadership, change, organizational culture, and employee wellbeing. After 20 years in advertising and marketing research and more than a decade at Bowling Green State University, he now serves as Director of Talent Management at Knight Insurance Group, a 100% employee-owned company. Tom recruits exceptional talent, develops employees, and fosters an employee-ownership mindset. He has spoken at conferences across the Midwest, TEDxBGSU, DisruptHR Ann Arbor, and the HR Cruise Conference, making him an “international speaker.” A proud BGSU graduate, Tom enjoys running with his dog, Mira, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
