Kimberly Biegasiewicz, RN, NHA, is the President and CEO of Avante Group, overseeing 11 skilled nursing facilities, a multi-state home health organization, and Avante Physician Services. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including 13 years in long-term and post-acute care, she is a registered nurse and recently licensed Florida Nursing Home Administrator. Kimberly has led the implementation of artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, telehealth, and other innovative technologies to improve resident outcomes, operational efficiency, and quality of care.
