This session will assist the attendee in learning, the structure and how to read a Statement of Deficiencies, the proper steps in development of a Plan of Correction in response to State and Federal Surveys. We will actually prepare a simple Plan of Correction so learners can actually gain practical knowledge in the subject matter.
