Sarah works with senior leaders and mid-level managers to maximize their adaptability, sustainability, and potential. For over 25 years, Sarah’s dedicated her career to helping individual leaders, teams, and groups transform and flourish; especially in eldercare. Her most recent role was as Vice President of Spiritual Life for a large senior healthcare organization with over 60 communities.
