Erica Weiss Holman, LNHA, LMSW, CNA Has over 30 years of experience in operations and clinical practice in Senior Living. As a licensed nursing home administrator, her expertise is in stabilizing operations and improving regulatory outcomes by developing strong team relationships. In 2020, Erica was recertified as a Certified Nursing Assistant as part of her commitment to transformational servant leadership. During the Public Health Emergency (COVID+ pandemic), Erica’s skilled nursing center maintained 5-star staffing without agency staff.
Erica has extensive experience in labor management and workforce retention. Erica was appointed to the Governor 's Michigan’s Long-Term Care Workforce Retention Task Force.
