2024 HCAM Webinar: Are You at Risk of Violating the Fair Labor Standards Act?

Join staff from United States Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division (USDOL WHD) for an overview of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). We will discuss common violations of the FLSA in the healthcare industry and the USDOL WHD investigative process. We will also discuss child labor laws and the PUMP act provisions under FLSA. Additionally, we will discuss overtime calculations, including computing the regular rate and impact of bonuses. We will provide time for Q&A at the end of the session to address any specific concerns you may have.
