Dr. Gayer has over 25 years’ experience working with older adults, beginning as a CNA in ALF to management in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care. Uniquely bringing a broad understanding, compassion, and empathy as once a frontline worker now clinical psychologist. Collaborating with NF staff, residents, and families to provide integrative behavioral health care, focused on treating the whole individual, and managing challenging behaviors through person centered treatment approaches, behavioral and nonpharmacological interventions. Improving the quality of life and wellbeing of the residents and in turn impacting the NF and staff.
