In my 24 years of experience, I started as a CNA in LTC. I became a RN in 2009, obtained my LNHA in 2022, and lastly obtained my WCC (wound care certification) in 2023. I have worked in many roles throughout LTC at the facility level and since 2017 I have been expanding my knowledge base in the corporate world of LTC as well as sharing my experiences and knowledge with others to improve outcomes and processes.
