Libby Haidemenos, MBA, LNHA, QCP is the Program Director of the Future Leaders Program at Genesis HealthCare, where she leads the organization's leadership development programs and initiatives. She oversees multiple leadership pathways, including the Administrator-in-Training (AIT), Director of Nursing-in-Training (DON-IT), Maintenance Director-in-Training (MDIT), and MDS-in-Training (MDS-IT) programs, developing innovative strategies to recruit, prepare, and retain the next generation of healthcare leaders.

With more than 16 years of experience in long-term care, including over a decade as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with Genesis, Libby combines operational expertise with a passion for workforce development. Her work focuses on building sustainable talent pipelines, strengthening leadership development, and improving hiring and retention through values-based recruitment, mentorship, and innovative onboarding strategies. She is committed to helping Genesis develop leaders who deliver exceptional care while fostering strong cultures and engaged teams. Libby is also a Certified Innermetrix Consultant.
