Pamela Truscott, DNP/HSL, MSN/ED, RN, is the Director of Quality Improvement at the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL), where she leads efforts to elevate care through education, leadership development, and data-driven quality initiatives. With over 25 years in long-term care, Dr. Truscott brings a deep passion for supporting providers and cultivating future leaders in assisted living. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Healthcare Systems Leadership and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University. Known for her approachable style and commitment to excellence, Pam has served as an AHCA/NCAL Quality Award examiner and facilitator for numerous Bronze and Silver workshops.
