Michelle has over 40 years of post-acute care experience; including both long and short term care, ventilator care, dementia units, behavioral health care and Assisted Living. Michelle serves as the Co- Chair of the AHCA Clinical practice where she participated in the development of the Behavior Health Education Module. She has also presented on the topic of Behavioral Health Care at multiple conferences; focusing on how to assist facilities in understanding the care of residents with behavioral health needs and providing non pharmacological interventions.
