The frames for our displays are rentals and may not be removed from the premises, however, if you would like to keep your graphic you may! Please connect with Mary Gettel on-site for assistance with collecting the graphic at the conclusion of the event.

The kiosk frame is a rental and may not be removed from the premises, however, if you would like to keep the graphic from the kiosk you may! Please inform Art Craft Display on-site that you would like to keep your graphic.

Exhibitors are encouraged to purchase a prize at least $50 in value for the attendee prize giveaway. Previous prizes have included designer handbags, trips/excursions, wine baskets, spa baskets, smart devices such Amazon Echo, gift cards or cash, and exhibitor products (such as 1 year free license of software).

Participating exhibitors will be encouraged to proudly display their prize at their own booth during the expo show. Vendors are encouraged to collect business cards or utilize the badge scanning lead retrieval service offered by MTS Tracking to select winners.

Vendor pass registrants have access to the expo on Tuesday from 5:00 - 6:30 pm only.

Vendor passes do not grant access to education sessions. You will need to register for a full conference pass. Some partnerships and sponsorships include complimentary full conference passes.

Full package registrants have access to all education, meals and networking functions all three days of the convention.

All meetings will be held on Zoom from 1 - 2 pm ET.

Attendance is limited to VIP+, VIP, and Standard Partners. Each eligible partner may have 2 representatives on the call.

All additional services can be arranged through Art Craft Display. Instructions can be found in the Exhibitor Toolkit which will be sent out summer 2023.

Yes, you will receive pre-conference attendee lists as well as post-conference attendee lists. These will NOT include email addresses. They will be emailed to the Primary Contact on the engagement application.

  • Must be submitted as a PDF file.
  • Must be submitted in CMYK at full print size.
  • Print size is 465mm x 2405mm or 18.31” wide by 94.68” tall.
  • No bleeds or crop marks.
  • Keep your important artwork above the 41" mark to avoid being covered by the shelves. (Sketch of the layout of the graphic here for reference).
  • Submit via email to HCAM Education Coordinator Allison Taipalus.
  • Deadline: July 19 at 5 pm ET.

Tuesday, September 17

  • Move-In & Set-Up:  4:00 - 4:45 pm EST
  • Exhibitor Briefing: 4:30 pm EST
  • Annual Vendor Expo Show: 5:00 - 6:30 pm EST
  • Attendee Prize Giveaway: 6:15 pm EST
  • Tear-Down & Move-Out: 6:30-7:30 pm EST

Please remember, you only have 2 shelves on your kiosk, and one cocktail table with two barstools - you have limited space, please do not send a ton of materials.

Note, you may bring small tchotckes and/or marketing materials - you may also bring tablets or similar to showcase product demos or pictures. Electrical is not included. Pop-up displays and large equipment will NOT be allowed due to space constraints.

Additionally, a reminder that we will continue our usual process of prize giveaways - HCAM will draw names from the Trivia Hunt for our grand prizes. You are welcome to collect business cards and do your own drawings at your booth. We will not announce winners for you.
