HCAM revitalized our annual vendor expo in 2023 to resounding success! Instead of the traditional booths in a cavernous expo hall, we host an intimate, conversation-focused networking event featuring 70 customized kiosks designed for productive interactions.

In 2023, we also launched our VIP+ tier, which features an elite branding opportunity. Picture this, a 10 ft by 8 ft wall with your graphics displayed right next to our registration desk at DeVos. If you want to make an impression on our attendees, there is nothing bigger or better than this!

Additionally, all VIP+ and VIP partnerships include the opportunity to have a tabletop display in the foyer at DeVos Place Convention Center all day Monday and Tuesday offering unprecedented access to attendees.

Finally, across all four partnership tiers, we have a searchable online partner directory – our members are able to search for our partners' contact information with ease.

NOTE: All exhibitors MUST be a current HCAM Partner.

You will provide a design for the kiosk, we will print it for you. You just show up!

These kiosks include your provided artwork and two shelves. The printed graphic is 8 feet tall and 18 inches wide. Each vendor will have a kiosk, a cocktail table and two barstools. Any additional equipment is not included (the printer and iPad in the picture are not included).

Kiosks are included in the price of VIP+, VIP, and Standard Partnerships. Value Partners may elect to add on a kiosk for $1,500 (making their total investment $2,750) which would include 2 vendor pass registrations.

Partners that have large equipment (such as beds) may elect to upgrade to a DISPLAY BOOTH for $750. These booths will still include the kiosk (if desired), but will have extra room to accommodate furniture/furnishings and partners may elect to utilize a standard classroom table with chairs instead of the cocktail table and barstools. The number of display booths available is limited.
